Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

This policy describes how 1Month handles information when you use the app.

Overview

1Month helps you create a 30-day personal plan, schedule time around your fixed commitments, check off daily sessions, and write reflections. We collect and use information only to provide, secure, sync, and improve the app.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

Local Storage and Sync

1Month is local-first. Your app state may be stored on your device so the app can work offline. When you are signed in, your plan, check-ins, reflections, preferences, and archives may also be synced to 1Month servers so your data can be restored after signing in.

Notifications and Emails

If you enable daily reminders, 1Month schedules local notifications on your device. You can change notification permissions in iOS Settings. If you enable weekly summary emails, we may use your email address to send those summaries.

Third-Party Services

1Month supports Sign in with Apple and Google sign-in. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies. We receive only the information needed to authenticate you, such as your email address, name, and identity token.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate authentication, hosting, email delivery, storage, security, and app functionality. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. You can delete your account from the app. Deleting your account is intended to delete your account, plan, check-ins, journal entries, and related app data from our service, subject to any limited retention required for legal, security, or backup purposes.

Your Choices

Children

1Month is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including using the iOS Keychain for authentication tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice where required.
